Our favorite Wednesday night spot! We love to sit on the patio and have half priced pizza and cocktails. Heather and the other bartenders are very attentive, and remember their customers week after week. We love this hidden gem! Great specials, food, and drinks. We also love the tacos and buffalo perch.

Talk about a trash establishment. Dark, uninviting environment, terrible service, kitchen staff who look like they are homeless and have never heard of personal hygiene, and of course to top it off, those slobs preparing the food are the likely reason the food is so poor of quality. I'm surprised Danny Os hasn't been shut down by the health department yet. Every bite of the prime rib sandwich was inedible. Every. One. And don't get me started on the appetizers or my wife's meal. May as well have had maggots breeding on our entrees. Keep walking around behind the bar flipping patrons the bird, meth head who works in the kitchen. One day you may do it to the wrong person, and issues resolved a lot sooner than they will be. Keep it classless, garbage heap of Chesterton DO NOT EAT/DRINK HERE with so many quality places to choose from in the area.

Tonight I was cheated of $20.00 jukebox by the Bartender and manager. Shame on you for not listening!

This was our first time visiting Danny O's, we figured, why not give it a try? We are non smokers, but the sign on the door spells it out...there is smoking allowed here. It is a bar after all, pretty basic inside, no atmosphere to speak of. The young lady waiting on us was friendly, and attentive. She recommended the pork chop sandwich...she was spot on! Damn...it was delicious! Pork medallions, probably an inch and a half thick, wrapped in bacon, smoked and served on a crispy roll. Melt in your mouth, no joke! Potato salad was also tasty! We absolutely would stop by again just for that sammie! Once again, smoking allowed, they're up front about it...worth it.
